Customer Service
Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Consumer Service department will be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Please email us at care@musclemade.in  and a representative will be in touch with you. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns Policy 

All product or delivery complaints, replacement or return requests and other claims should be emailed to care@musclemade.in

Claims against refunds and returns will only be excepted under below mentioned guidelines

1. Please make a video while opening the Packaging as supporting proof.
2. Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.
3. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept returns/replacements for the product.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If outer packages is Damaged/Tampered we recommend not to accept the product from our courier partner.

Kindly take a picture/video while unboxing, If the inner product is damaged and you wish to replace/return please share the details with us at care@musclemade.in with details of your Name, Contact details, Order Number, and Product Name. Product Batch number (Expected Response in 24 – 48 hours). After receiving the details, our team shall examine the same and action will be taken accordingly.

It will help us to raise the concern with the respective courier partner.
