Refund policy

Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Consumer Service department will be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns Policy

All product or delivery complaints, replacement or return requests, and other claims should be emailed to care@musclemade.in.

Claims against refunds and returns will only be accepted under the below-mentioned guidelines:

1. Please make a video while opening the packaging as supporting proof.

2. Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.

3. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept returns/replacements for the product.

Return Window

• You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• You can initiate a return request through the MUSCLEMADE.in website order section.

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping Cost

• We offer free return shipping, so you don’t have to worry about additional costs.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If the outer package is damaged/tampered with, we recommend not accepting the product from our courier partner.

Kindly take a picture/video while unboxing. If the inner product is damaged and you wish to replace/return it, please share the details with us at care@musclemade.in with your Name, Contact details, Order Number, Product Name, and Product Batch number (Expected Response in 24 – 48 hours). After receiving the details, our team shall examine the same, and action will be taken accordingly.
